Gateway Community College Foundation Board Holds Strategic Planning Retreat

On October 14, the Gateway Community College Foundation Board gathered for a strategic planning retreat facilitated by Fio Partners.

The session, held on the CT State Community College Gateway campus in Café Vincenzo, provided a welcoming space for reflection, discussion, and collaboration.

The retreat focused on revisiting and realigning the Foundation’s mission, vision, and values. Participants reaffirmed their commitment to student success.

Board members engaged in thoughtful conversation about how the Foundation can best position itself to meet student needs and strengthen its long-term impact.
